Welcome to quiz4d. By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by quiz4d (referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and quiz4d. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from registering an account.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• Account: The personal gaming account registered by a User on the quiz4d Platform, through which all gaming activities, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims are conducted.
• Bet: A wager placed by a User on any game, sporting event, or lottery draw offered on the Platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino games, sports betting markets, togel (traditional Indonesian lottery), and sabung ayam (cockfighting streams).
• Bonus: Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by quiz4d to Users, subject to specific wagering requirements and terms of use.
• Platform: The quiz4d website accessible at https://quiz4d.cam and any associated mobile-optimized versions, applications, or subdomains operated by quiz4d.
• Real Money Balance: Funds deposited by a User into their Account using accepted payment methods, which can be used for betting and withdrawn subject to verification requirements.
• Bonus Balance: Promotional funds credited to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirement: The multiple of a bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) that must be bet before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Example: A bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means Rp 1,000,000 in bonuses requires Rp 20,000,000 in total bets.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on quiz4d. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. quiz4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to requiring submission of a valid Indonesian identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

quiz4d primarily serves residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesia when accessing the Platform and placing bets. Use of VPN services, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your true location is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. quiz4d employs geolocation technology to verify User locations and reserves the right to void bets placed from restricted jurisdictions.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on quiz4d. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, family members' information, or any other means, is strictly prohibited. quiz4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and payment methods. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all related accounts, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or betting syndicate participants. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify quiz4d customer support and change your password.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

quiz4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and international card payments via Visa and Mastercard where applicable. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments made from accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and User account status (standard members, VIP members). Standard bank transfer maximum is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction; e-wallet maximum is Rp 10,000,000 per transaction. VIP members may request increased limits by contacting customer support.

3.3 Processing Times and Fees

Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri typically reflect in your quiz4d account instantly. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) also process instantly. Other bank transfers may take 15-30 minutes during banking hours. quiz4d does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are the User's responsibility.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may withdraw funds from your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) requirements. First-time withdrawals require submission of a valid KTP (Indonesian identity card) or passport, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and verification that the registered payment method belongs to you. quiz4d reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity and prevent fraud or money laundering.

4.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 hours for bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay typically process within 15-60 minutes, 24/7. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. VIP members enjoy priority withdrawal processing with expedited timelines.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per week for standard members. VIP members have access to higher withdrawal limits based on their tier status. quiz4d reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple transactions for security and fraud prevention purposes.

4.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds in your Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been met. For example, if you receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement, you must place a total of Rp 15,000,000 in bets before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 20%, sports betting 50%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each bonus promotion's terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility and Activation

All bonuses and promotions offered by quiz4d are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of the offer. Bonuses may have limited availability, expiration dates, and eligibility restrictions (e.g., new members only, minimum deposit requirements, specific game restrictions). By claiming a bonus, you agree to abide by its specific terms. quiz4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players to manipulate bonus terms, or employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting both red and black simultaneously in roulette), is strictly prohibited. quiz4d employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse patterns. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and accounts permanently banned.

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by quiz4d. quiz4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets deemed to be placed in error, bets exceeding account limits, or bets on events where quiz4d has reason to believe fraudulent activity may be involved. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your betting history, it cannot be canceled or amended by the User.

6.2 Incorrect Odds or Prices

In the event that quiz4d offers or accepts bets based on incorrect odds, erroneous game results, or technical errors, quiz4d reserves the right to void such bets and refund stakes. This includes but is not limited to: obvious pricing errors (odds significantly out of line with market rates), technical glitches causing games to malfunction, or incorrect settlement of results. quiz4d will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users and resolve such issues fairly.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of game malfunction, disconnection, or server error, all affected bets and game rounds will be void, and stakes will be refunded to affected Users' accounts. quiz4d is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, third-party game provider outages, or user device malfunctions.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Age Verification and Protection of Minors

quiz4d is committed to preventing underage gambling. All Users must be at least 21 years of age. We employ age verification checks during account registration and before first withdrawal. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites.

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits

quiz4d provides responsible gaming tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activities. You may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), loss limits, session time limits, and activate reality-check reminders through your account settings. Self-exclusion options are available for durations of 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed once activated. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on quiz4d and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Use of bots, automated betting software, or scripts to place bets
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to quiz4d's systems
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Users or customer support staff
• Violation of intellectual property rights by reproducing quiz4d's content without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

quiz4d provides the Platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, quiz4d disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. quiz4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if quiz4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

quiz4d's maximum aggregate liability to any User for any claims arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their quiz4d account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact quiz4d customer support to attempt an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law, with proceedings conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia. The language of arbitration shall be Indonesian or English as mutually agreed by the parties.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which quiz4d operates its international gaming services. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any legal proceedings related to this Agreement.

12. Amendments to Terms

quiz4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email, on-site notifications, or prominent notices on the homepage. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to regularly review this page for updates.
